- Provide key administrative and operational support to institutional client coverage functions
- Produce accurate departmental and portfolio draft reports for internal stakeholders
- Gather inputs for prospective presentations, request for proposals, and regular performance factsheets
- Monitor public tenders, process compliance documentation, and perform account screening checks.
- Update CRM databases and maintain updated records for client accounts
- Oversee logistical arrangements for client events, meetings, and team travel
skills and experience required.
- Possess a relevant Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- No experience needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to data analysis tools being advantageous
- Highly organised team player with strong attention to detail
