Management Associate (Real Estate/ Construction)

Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, execution, budget and timeline monitoring.
- Monitor construction progress, schedule and project costs.
- Prepare reports and coordinate project meetings.
- Assist in sales, marketing, client engagement and administration.
- Support facility operations, maintenance and tenant management.
- Participate in strategic planning and business feasibility studies.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce risks.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers and authorities to ensure compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates with interest in real estate business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
- Good team player with a customer-focused mindset.
