Job Overview
We are looking for aPrivate Accountant to the CEO to manage and support the CEO’s personalfinancial matters.
This position involvespersonal finances, investments, assets and other financial matters. Thecandidate will work closely with the CEO and liaise with banks, auditors, taxadvisers, lawyers and other professionals when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s personal accounts and financial records.
- Monitor income, expenses, payments and investments.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for the CEO.
- Monitor bank accounts, properties, investments and other assets.
- Assist with asset and wealth management.
- Assist with risk management and hedging strategies.
- Able to liaise directly with bankers and professional institutions on audit, tax and legal matters.
- Liaise with banks, wealth managers, auditors, tax advisers and other advisers.
- Handle confidential financial documents and payments.
- Perform other private financial matters as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in private accounting, wealth management, family office or investment management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of investments and financial markets.
- Independent, organised and detail-oriented.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
Important
This is not a normalcorporate accounting position. The role is specifically to provide privateaccounting and financial support to the CEO and her family business. You must be able tocommerce work by 02 November 2026.
