Junior Art Director

Creative Branding

. Support the development and execution of visually compelling brand identities aligned with client objectives.

. Translate brand strategies into cohesive visual elements (logos, typography, colour palettes, and other brand assets).

. Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.

Storytelling & Narrative Development

. Craft conceptual and visual narratives that elevate brand stories and campaign messaging.

. Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure alignment between visual direction and brand voice.

. Develop mood boards, storyboards, and presentations that clearly convey design rationale and storytelling flow.

Spatial Planning & Design

. Contribute to the conceptualization and design of spatial experiences such as exhibitions, festive events, and brand activations.

. Assist in the creation of spatial layouts using key software tools and produce visual simulations that reflect brand stories in physical spaces.

. Coordinate with the design and fabrication teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of spatial designs.

Creative Execution

. Work closely with the Chief Designer and design teams in both Singapore and the Philippines to develop campaign assets for print, digital, and environmental platforms.

. Prepare design mock-ups and client-facing presentations.

. Deliver high-quality design work from initial concept through to final artwork.

Collaboration & Communication

. Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts.

. Attend internal and client meetings to present and explain design decisions.

. Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and cultural insights to bring fresh, relevant thinking to the team.

. Work closely with the different departments for smooth transition and workflow to ensure that project deliverables are in line with clients' requirements.

. Work hand in hand with colleagues to ensure that all deadlines and work commitments are met.
