Events Services Executive (Exhibition / Conference / Event Planner including Wedding Coordination)

Faber Image Media Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Services Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, weddings, and related event projects.
The successful candidate should possess good organisational skills, client servicing capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple event activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, corporate functions, weddings, and event-related projects
- Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth event operations
- Assist in event planning, scheduling, budgeting, and operational coordination
- Prepare quotations, event proposals, schedules, and project documentation
- Support onsite event setup, execution, troubleshooting, and post-event coordination
- Coordinate logistics, manpower scheduling, and operational requirements
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of assigned event tasks and project deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior internship or working experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, hospitality, or wedding coordination will have an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required for event operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic event coordination tools preferred
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be required during event periods.
