Location: Central Singapore (VivoCity / Suntec / Orchard)
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 44 hours per week
Rest Days: 2 days per week, based on roster
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Interact with customers at live cooking stations and customise orders where required.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor ingredients, stock levels and proper food rotation (FIFO).
- Assist with daily kitchen setup, closing and general operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service and minimise food wastage.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
- Experience in live cooking stations or open kitchens is an advantage.
- Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred; required food safety training must be completed before handling food.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
