Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5:45pm)
Work Location: East
• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and related transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners, warehouses and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and sales-related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain accurate sales records. Requirements:
• GCE O/A, Nitec or Diploma holder
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
