Construction Project Manager
2800 - 5000 SGDFull-time
SHIN TECH ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD.
- Responsible to handle projects independently
- Resolve any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site or project
- To ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality
- Identify problems with project, taking lead on developing solutions
- Liaise with customers/consultants/architects/project managers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, etc
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule
- Update As-Built Drawings
- Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with Customers/Consultants/Architects/Sub-Contractors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as Project manager in commercial, residential or governmental projects
- Ability to work independently and well under pressure to meet crucial deadlines
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills, motivated and team player who can work across teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work overtime or weekend when required
- Speaks English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Class 3/3A driving license will be an added advantage
