Job Description

- Position Title: Design Manager
- Working Location: Central (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: 1-Year Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the design workflow throughout all stages of the project.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all design-related matters.
- Contribute to design planning during tender submissions and project planning stages.
- Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards for implementation.
- Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Address and resolve design issues efficiently to prevent delays in project progress.
- Maintain and enforce design quality standards across all phases of the project.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably dealing with LTA projects.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized in Singapore is required.
- Solid understanding of local design regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
