Job Description
- Lead M&E site supervision activities for major building construction, utilities installation, and testing & commissioning works.
- Monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works in accordance with requirements from the Client, QP(MEP), consultants, and facility owners.
- Coordinate MEP works across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and manage interface registers, evidence logs, and documentation related to integration and interfacing matters.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and construction procedures.
- Prepare and review site records, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Promote and uphold workplace safety, quality, and engineering best practices on site.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E engineering experience, including at least 5 years in site supervision of similar projects.
- Experience in major building construction projects, utilities services installation, testing, and commissioning works.
- Strong knowledge of statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead site supervision teams.
- Proficient in coordinating MEP interfaces and managing multidisciplinary integration issues.
- Experience maintaining interface registers, evidence logs, and related project documentation.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery excellence.
