INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding stock movements and replenishment.
Perform regular stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation of inventory records.
Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the company's inventory management system.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances.
Prepare inventory reports, stock forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of inventory items.
Monitor inventory turnover and recommend measures to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, safety standards, and inventory management best practices.
