Job Description
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to support platform launch and scale
- Own customer acquisition across paid media, partnerships, influencers and lifecycle marketing
- Plan and manage go-to-market initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and conversion
- Build and manage external partnerships, translating commercial objectives into campaigns
- Oversee influencer marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards
- Drive market activation through events, community and educational initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product, compliance and operations to ensure smooth execution
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or partnerships
- Experience working within fintech, trading or digital financial services environments
- At least 2 years of experience within an fintech environment
- Proven involvement in launching or scaling a digital product or platform
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, performance metrics and optimisation
- Comfortable operating in regulated, fast-paced business environments
