Successful applicants need to be comfortable with working on shifts and weekends as and when required.
Job Descriptions:
- Involves in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
- Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
- Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
- Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
- Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python, Shell script.
- Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
- Resourceful, good analytical and problem-solving skills
