Job Summary
Drive business growth by sourcing new customers, managing key accounts, and increasing revenue through strategic sales activities and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers to actively generate sales opportunities
- Arrange and conduct sales meetings and product presentations to engage prospects
- Increase revenue by securing one-time projects and expanding recurring client accounts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Recommend innovative product ideas and sales approaches based on market analysis
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to management and product teams for continuous improvement

- Demonstrate a proactive, hunter mindset and effective networking to expand the client base
- Apply negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and influence customers
- Manage workload effectively to meet sales targets, including during peak festive periods
