Job Summary

Join Privilege Motors as an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver tailored vehicle ownership solutions, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and promote vehicles through digital channels, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customised vehicle ownership solutions to businesses and individual clients to meet their needs
• Generate new sales leads by conducting cold calls and prospecting potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Provide excellent customer service and support, including handling after-sales inquiries and issues
• Promote vehicles effectively using online marketing portals and social media platforms
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business operations
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets through proactive sales efforts

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license to operate company vehicles safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain an adequate client base to support sales activities
• Demonstrate proficiency in social media and digital media tools to enhance marketing efforts
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively
