Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Manage marketing campaigns and materials across all B2B and B2C platforms
- Conceptualising, planning, styling, shooting and editing static and motion graphics on time and on spec for website, social and e-commerce platforms
- Researching, proposing new ideas and concept for on-trend tutorial / tiktok videos and blog/guide content relevant to Brand's target customers
- Manage marketing campaigns and strategy across all B2B and B2C platforms
- Identify and collaborate with PR and Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion
- Assisting the marketing team with the preparation of content for website and catalogue.
- Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for various marketing materials and campaigns
- Collaborate across and within the Company to drive up standards of creativity and support any other projects and initiatives that require design support.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for promotional purposes
- Participate in new business initiatives, from identifying opportunities to pitch development, brainstorm and presentations
Requirements
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong sense of aesthetics and interest for beauty, wellness and supplements
- Genuine love for content creation, product styling, content videography and photography, visual editing, layout and design
- Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premiere Pro / Other video editing software
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera. You wear many hats and can seamlessly move from “talent” to editor to strategist
- A strong eye for good design, composition, imagery, layout, storytelling and/or talent selection.
- Highly motivated and an out-of-the-box thinker
