Job Summary

Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while coordinating with stakeholders and mitigating risks to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning to confirm technical feasibility and define clear objectives
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to support project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project implementation
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables
• Use project management tools to measure and report project performance accurately
• Perform risk management analysis to identify, mitigate, and reduce project risks
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability
• Report project status and escalate issues to upper management promptly to facilitate decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in automation and semiconductor industries to enhance project execution
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with business partners and suppliers
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs
