Job Summary
Step into a high-impact career as a Building Surveyor / Project Manager with Vision Building Forensics. Manage the technical health of diverse property portfolios across Singapore, delivering expert building pathology diagnostics and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex building pathology issues to provide high-value advisory services to asset owners
- Lead projects from diagnostic surveys and tender analysis through contract administration to ensure zero-defect delivery
- Manage the technical performance and condition of diverse building portfolios across Singapore
- Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical clients through strong verbal and written skills
- Exercise technical autonomy to go beyond basic inspections and deliver comprehensive building health assessments
- Follow a structured career progression roadmap from Graduate/Assistant Surveyor to Project Director
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Built Environment, Building Surveying, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
- Passion for building pathology and project execution
- Meticulous attention to detail
