usiness Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, referral networks and strategic collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and recommend growth initiatives.
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans and performance reports for management review.
• Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer acquisition programmes.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback and market conditions to improve business strategies.
• Prepare annual business development plans and recommend expansion opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor junior sales and marketing personnel where required.
• Perform other strategic business development duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales management or strategic marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business strategies and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
