About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our clients’ customer base through strategic outreach and direct engagement.
You’ll play a key role in generating leads, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships with potential clients — both through door-to-door outreach and event-based campaigns .
What You’ll Do
- Build and implement prospecting and outreach strategies
- Conduct door-to-door visits and initiate conversations with business owners
- Identify potential clients and assess their suitability
- Present and sell the value of partnering with our clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Share on-the-ground insights with the team to improve strategies
- Support marketing campaigns through outreach and engagement
- Represent brands confidently in face-to-face interactions
