Accounts cum HR Executive [Open to fresh entry level]

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and tracking via the MOM portal.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors on employment-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
Finance
- Process employee claims, reimbursements, invoices, and accounts payable transactions.
- Verify claims and supporting documents in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain proper financial records and filing.
- Assist with month-end closing and finance administration.
- Support audits and coordinate with external parties when required.
General Administration
- Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
- Support daily operations and cross-functional administrative activities.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Singapore work pass administration is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of MOM regulations and the Employment Act is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with HR or accounting systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
