Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Manager [SL]

• Oversees the BIM process within a design or construction organization.
• Establishes and upholds BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborates and coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.
• Provides training and guidance to project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
• Identifies and resolves BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Creates and maintains BIM documentation and reports.
• Ensures adherence to BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Oversees the creation and upkeep of BIM execution plans for each project.

Requirements

• Possess BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
