Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and manage the customer service team to achieve service standards and departmental KPIs.
Oversee daily operations, including customer enquiries, complaints, escalations and service delivery.
Manage key client accounts, contract compliance, service reviews and customer relationships.
Supervise sales lead management, proposal preparation, service documentation and invoicing.
Monitor customer satisfaction, analyse feedback and implement service improvements.
Develop and maintain SOPs, training programmes and efficient customer record management.
Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Prepare monthly operational reports and provide performance insights to management.
Collaborate with Business Development, Logistics and Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management Studies or other related field
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Supervisory experience
