Butcher cum Kitchen Assistant
Gross Salary: $2,400 - $2,600
Location: Bishan / VivoCity
Working Hours: 11am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm (5 days, rest on weekdays)
Job Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare beef, chicken, fish, and other meat products.
- Portion and prepare ingredients according to operational requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Arrange stock and ensure proper ingredient storage.
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Experience in butchery, and meat cutting
- Able to handle raw meat, poultry, fish, and other ingredients.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
