Job Title: Heat Treatment Technician (Vacuum Furnace, Aerospace)
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, transport provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vacuum furnaces for heat treatment and brazing processes.
- Perform incoming inspection and ensure proper part preparation (masking, grit blasting, machine setup).
- Monitor and maintain furnace logs, charts, and production records.
- Conduct TPM checks, SAT, uniformity tests, and leak rate checks on equipment.
- Select and verify appropriate heat treatment programs.
- Identify abnormalities in parts or machines and take corrective actions.
- Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations (including PPE).
- Maintain housekeeping of machines and work area.
- Complete production documentation and system transactions.
- Report any non-conformances to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level / NITEC / Technician Certificate or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
