EICA Engineer, EPC

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot at Electrical Control Panel, MCC & LV Switchboards.

· Maintenance of LV Switchboards, Control Panels and DBs.

· Prepare and Submission of Maintenance Service Reports.

· Responsibilities for costing, estimating, and planning projects.

· Preparing Projects Documentation.

· Working on infrastructure projects, power plants, energy transmission and distribution facilities.

· Involved in the selection of specialists, suppliers and third parties.

· Regularly inspect works for compliance.

· Coordinating site activities and making sure resources are used effectively.

· Working details and summarized project progress reports.

· Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.

· Updating project plans to include agreed changes.

· Organizing and facilitating Project meeting.

· Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and subcontractors, and authorities, and to establish rolling program.

· Coordinate meetings and daily briefings at site.

· Guide and supervise Engineers / Supervisors.

· Monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed.

· Perform testing and commissioning at work site.

· Prepare operation and maintenance manual, and As-built drawing.

· Check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule.

· Prepare cost estimation, budget, and control, and to check sub-contractor's progress claim.

· Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, Project Schedules, Coordination with Sub-contractors, Progress Claims, payment certification, etc for all project related matters.

· Involve in all Technical matters and performance of the project.

· Undertake the Design and Construction issues concerning all works, provide engineering inputs, resolving technical problems, and ensuring quality of projects.

· Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project.

· Oversee the testing and commissioning of M&E systems, ensuring that they meet the required performance criteria.

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of M&E systems, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

· Attending site meetings and facilitate problem solving between M&E and all trades.

· Carry out inspection and monitor work inspection records (WIR).

· Prepare and submission of M&E services shop drawing, RFI, MOS & material approval.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience.

· Candidate need to possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general.
