Working arrangement: Ofc Hours, Mon-Fri, Hybrid

Job Descriptions:
Maintain accurate and timely personnel records electronically and physically – for archived files.
Support workforce administration and operations activities such as managing all in-country work pass related and immigration matters.
Manage HR compliance matters for regulated employees, and not limited to, updating change of particulars to regulator.
Attend to emails in generic HR mailbox following service level agreements.
Collaborate with wider People Organization team to manage colleagues’ queries in a thoughtful, holistic and timely manner.
Manage all workforce administrative function such as new staff announcement, intranet maintenance & update, dependent insurance enrolment, preparation of certificate of employment letters, invoice processing and etc.
Support and execute independently new hire onboarding process and exit procedures.
Mail management for in-country People Organization Team.
Coordinate and submission of statutory reporting e.g. MOM surveys, MAS survey etc.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related dashboards.
Continuous working on building consistent SOPs to enhance work efficiency.
Manage and is responsible for vendor relationship to ensure service delivery and adherence to the Service Level Agreement and ensure timely addressing of issues or escalations to resolve issues.
Continuous review for areas of improvement for in-country Workforce Administration processes and make recommendations/solutions; ensure alignment of local organizational and statutory policies and programs with regional and global requirements.
Participation in People Organization related projects, including involvement in HR analytical function.
Support and perform payroll administration where required.
Requirements
Experience in HR Operations or Workforce Administration.
Hands-on experience dealing with government and regulatory agencies on work passes, immigration, statutory reporting, and compliance matters.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Confident handling HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and stakeholder queries.
Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
