We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Operations Administrator to provide administrative support to the IT Operations team at a customer site. This role is ideal for candidates with strong coordination skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced IT environment and supporting daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage service request tickets in the ITSM system on behalf of support teams and users.
- Track service requests and ensure completion within agreed turnaround times.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining clean laptop inventory levels.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for IT-related activities and services.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory stored onsite.
- Provide administrative support to the IT Operations team.
- Prepare and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations support, or IT support coordination role.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) would be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a customer-facing environment.
