About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships within the semiconductor and industrial automation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing and automation.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and provide solution-based selling.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Preferred
- Existing network within semiconductor fabs, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in selling capital equipment, automation systems, or turnkey engineering solutions.
