Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $4500
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and financial statement packages for assigned properties and clients
- Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, GL/TB, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide variance commentary for monthly reporting
- Manage property billings, payment runs, fund requests, and arrears collection support
- Support budgeting, forecasting, property tax calculations, and client/property transitions
- Prepare GST schedules and assist with quarterly lodgements
- Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and external auditors
- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience handling full sets of accounts and month-end closing for multiple entities
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with real estate accounting systems such as Yardi or Simplicity is an advantage
