Work you’ll do

Deloitte's Consumer Business covers CPG, Retail, Travel & Hospitality and Agriculture. The team strives to deliver quality, value-driven solutions to clients; solutions that are geared towards helping them navigate through the vast complexities within their sectors. By providing efficient strategic solutions, we are committed to helping them adapt to the ever-changing needs of consumers.

This role sits within the Monitor Deloitte team of Deloitte Southeast Asia. As a leader of this group, you will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organisation.

• Developing strategic business models: helping clients determine the optimum business, functional or operating model to effectively deliver their objectives.
• Driving growth and business transformation : Helping accelerated value creation by using Ai/Analytics powered approaches; driving commercial transformation including revenue growth management and route-to-market transformation; Helping clients enter a new market , category or business and conducting strategic reviews for businesses.
• Capability building: helping our clients configure effectively and develop their ability to deliver operational excellence in specific areas.
• Stimulating innovation: helping clients to identify new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and lead to better decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelors/MBA degree from a top-tier academic institution with 12-20 years of relevant experience in consumer& retail businesses; with a minimum of 8 years within the consulting industry including substantial time spent in SEA
• Market access that can translate into individual led sales/ revenue target achievement, evidenced by existing client relationships
• Experience in leading strategy, business model/ transformation and growth initiatives within the Consumer Goods, Retail and Agriculture domains

• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented persona
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
