We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to drive sales and business growth across assigned pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product education and presentations, and work closely with internal teams to support commercial and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets across designated therapeutic areas.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals , including specialists and primary care providers.
Conduct product presentations, product education and scientific discussions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Provide professional product information and support to healthcare professionals to strengthen product awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to execute promotional, educational and commercial initiatives.
Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth and potential partnerships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant clinical data, research and product information .
Manage territory/account activities effectively, including planning customer visits and maintaining accurate records.
Support other commercial and business development initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office .
Self-motivated, results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
