Responsibilities
- Support marine underwriting operations to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing workflow
- Maintain high standards of underwriting documentation and audit readiness, timely and accurate system updates, and ensure transactions are processed within the agreed timeframe
- Provide support to operations analyst, underwriters, claims and finance department to achieve operation efficiency cross-departments
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines, including internal policies, rules and procedures
Requirements
- Specific underwriting support experience is ideal but not essential as we will provide the necessary training
- Prior exposure to non-life re/insurance industry is an added bonus
- SCI certifications may be required for this position; those without the necessary certifications will be provided with sponsorship
