- Accounts Payable (AP): Processing vendor invoices , verifying orders and preparing payment by GIRO batches.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Issuing invoices via various platforms , recording incoming customer payments, monitoring aging reports, and chasing outstanding debts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Matching bank statements against internal general ledger records daily or weekly to ensure balances align perfectly.
- Expense Claims: Reviewing employee expense reports and petty cash claims against company policies before processing reimbursement.
