Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 8.00am – 2.00pm / 4.00pm / 5.00pm
Working hours and off days will be based on the roster.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient billing and cashiering duties.
- Process patients’ bills upon discharge and present the bills to patients at their bedside for payment collection.
- Ensure bills are processed accurately and on time, including doctors’ fees.
- Follow up on billing enquiries, questions and disputes.
- Process discounts and prepare the necessary supporting documents.
- Respond to Business Office enquiries through email and phone calls.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Prior billing or customer service experience is an advantage.
