Location: North/West
Work Schedule: 4-day work week | 12-hour rotating shifts
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare and update shipping, inventory, and delivery documentation.
- Monitor order status and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
- Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
