The Opportunity
- Opportunity to be part of a world-class airport in Asia
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm
- Location: East, nearest MRT Changi
- 1 year contract (Convertible based on performance!)
- Salary up to $6k!
- Training is provided!
Job Scope
- Conduct site surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles, and M&E systems
- Manage contractors to ensure timely defect rectification and minimize operational downtime
- Prepare technical specifications and obtain competitive quotations for required works
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee projects including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and implementation of efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
- Experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Equipment Operations & Maintenance
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills in an operational environment
- Able to respond effectively to site disruptions and operational issues, while working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Valid Class 3 driving licence, where driving is required for job duties
