Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing client accounts, delivering tailored electrical trade solutions, coordinating order fulfillment, and exploring new business opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by researching industry trends and analyzing sales options to expand market reach
• Maintain client accounts through regular visits and relationship building to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries by sourcing and recommending optimal electrical trade solutions tailored to customer needs
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment of products
• Provide professional sales support and technical guidance to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction of products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline shipment and delivery processes for efficient order fulfillment
• Uphold quality service standards by enforcing organizational policies and procedures during all sales activities
• Achieve individual sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective customer engagement
• Manage accounts receivable by ensuring customers meet payment milestones promptly
• Utilize own vehicle to conduct outdoor sales activities and customer visits effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or related field is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electrical trade industry
• Positive, sales-oriented mindset with self-driven and proactive approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make sound decisions
• Effective communication skills to represent the company professionally
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability or ability to start work on short notice
