Temp Sales Coordinator

Details
- Salary: $15/hour
- Contract: 6 months
- Working Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week (including Monday and Friday )
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Update order status and resolve basic customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
- Hands-on experience using SAP is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
