Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing.
- Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report.
- Support AGM planning, documentation and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate Board and Board Committee meetings, including schedules, agendas and meeting materials.
- Upload and maintain Board papers and confidential documents on the Board portal.
- Track corporate governance, statutory and reporting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
- Exposure to Annual Reports, AGMs, Board administration or corporate secretarial work is not a must, but an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
