Job description
Role:
- Maintenance and repair of allequipment in the factory to reduce downtime
- Improve machine yield
- Lead the engineer and supervisorin resolving quality related issues related to equipment/machine
- Meet quality objective set bymanagement
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for theoperation and maintenance of the entire plant automation and control systems
- Develop standard operatingprocedures and implement maintenance program for the automation and controlsystems.
- Monitor and publish weeklyequipment and machine performance to management.
- Promptly co-ordinating inhouse equipment for calibration
- Monitoring of cleanroom performance
- Repair equipment and machine to support production to minimise disruption
- Participate in quality meeting on equipment and machine related issue
- To cater enough spare parts for the maintenance of the equipment
- Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team.
- To supervise the engineers and supervisor and provide guidance when necessary
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Requirements
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledge in ISO9000/TS16949/StatisticalProcess Control.
