Business Process Improvement Analyst

Medtronic seeks a Business Process Improvement Analyst in Singapore to drive operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role sustains site-wide productivity and cost performance by leading continuous improvement projects and facilitating cross-functional teams to meet strategic targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement process improvement initiatives across operating units
- Diagram, evaluate, and analyze existing processes for optimization opportunities
- Organize and lead cross-functional project teams on improvement initiatives
- Develop metrics and data collection methods to measure process performance
- Deliver training and present improvement recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant process improvement or operational experience
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies
- Strong data analysis and root cause problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops
- Experience developing performance metrics and KPI governance
