Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and driven Marketing & Sales Technology Associate to propel our online marketing initiatives, elevate asset sales campaigns, and scale the brand presence of our proprietary auction and sales platform.
This role is tailored for a creative strategist who blends a sharp eye for visual design and digital storytelling with a strong interest in auction technology, digital platforms, and product marketing. Working directly alongside cross-functional leadership, you will gain high-visibility exposure spanning creative asset production, platform growth, and multi-channel asset sales.
Merging digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO/SEM execution with both online and offline sales support, you will play a key role in expanding our reach. Your core focus will be driving brand visibility, optimizing digital lead generation, and directly supporting the successful liquidation and sale of diverse asset portfolios.
Path to Conversion: High-performing candidates will be fast-tracked for conversion into a permanent Marketing & Sales Technology role upon completion of the internship program.
1. Pitch Decks &Strategic Asset Design
- Design high-impact pitch decks, client presentations, and asset marketing proposals, translating complex platform capabilities and asset details into clear visual narratives.
- Create high-quality marketing and sales collateral, including online listings, brochures, EDMs, event invites, newsletters, and promotional toolkits.
- Assist in preparing formal sales proposals, pitch materials for sole marketing appointments, and client contract packages.
2. Digital Marketing& Platform Growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel social media strategies (LinkedIn, TikTok, Carousell, Xiaohongshu) to build brand awareness and drive platform user engagement.
- Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages, implementing UI/UX enhancements alongside SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and web traffic.
- Build, segment, and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns while monitoring performance analytics to optimize conversion rates.
- Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging multimedia content (text, graphics, short-form video) to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
3. Asset Sales Support& Lead Generation
- Support the sales team in executing end-to-end online and offline marketing campaigns for asset sales.
- Conduct proactive client outreach and targeted telemarketing to generate prospective leads and expand our buyer network.
- Assist in the conceptualization, setup, registration, and live operations of online auctions, offline sales events, and marketing showcases.
- Provide regular marketing updates, performance reporting, and market condition insights directly to prospective and existing clients.
4. Market Research& Strategic Intelligence
- Monitor digital marketing trends, technology advancements, and regulatory compliance requirements across the industry.
- Conduct market, competitor, and listing portal research to refine our auction platform positioning and keep strategies competitive.
- Compile research summaries, performance dashboards, and industry landscape analyses to support internal strategy and executive decision-making.
Ideal Requirements& Qualifications
- Education: Penultimate year student in or graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Design & Deck Mastery: Strong capability in building high-impact presentation decks and visual materials using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, or Canva.
- Software & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with creative, web, and multimedia tools (e.g., CapCut, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite) alongside standard productivity platforms like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Digital & Platform Savvy: Strong understanding of core social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Carousell, Xiaohongshu) and working knowledge of web/CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, or marketing automation software).
- Language Proficiency: Professional bilingual fluency in English and Chinese
- Analytical & Research Skills: Structured, data-driven thinking with the ability to gather, synthesize, and report on market trends and platform performance metrics.
- Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the agility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
