Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Technical Support
   - Participate in customer meetings, visits, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical support.
   - Conduct product, technical solution, and troubleshooting demonstrations through onsite sessions, video conferences, or phone calls.
   - Support the preparation and execution of onsite testing, technical analysis, and solution recommendations to facilitate successful project progression.
2. Service Delivery & Implementation
   - Support the implementation and delivery of networking products and solutions, including the preparation of relevant technical and delivery documentation.
   - Provide remote and onsite technical guidance during project implementation to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
   - Conduct product training and usage guidance for customers where required.
3. After-Sales Technical Support
   - Respond to customer technical enquiries and troubleshoot network, connectivity, and product-related issues.
   - Perform fault diagnosis and provide appropriate technical solutions through remote or onsite support.
   - Provide operations and maintenance guidance, follow up on technical issues, and support timely resolution to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Project & Technical Capability Support
   - Participate in local technical capability development initiatives based on business needs.
   - Support the improvement of technical service and delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
   - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and knowledge-based development.
   - Support local infrastructure and other technical initiatives where required.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   - Work closely with Customer Service, Customer Success, regional business teams, and other relevant functions to support customer and business requirements.
   - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in network engineering, technical support, service delivery, or a related field, with hands-on project and customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of networking products and technologies, including switching, routing, Ethernet, telecommunications networks, and/or SD-WAN .
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical problem resolution.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support, project implementation, or service delivery is preferred.
• Able to communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle technical issues.
• Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA or equivalent would be an advantage.
