- Maintain and update student’s records for QE and thesis examination
- Work with Schools to monitor and track outstanding cases for QE and thesis processing
- Assist in reviewing and updating website content
- Assist in designing graphics and other visual elements for webpages and communication materials
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of other academic services function and other special project (e.g. Process Automation Projects) as assigned by the Team Lead
