- Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting system
- Record invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Support bank reconciliation by matching transactions
Requirements
- Prior experience in basic accounting or finance support
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Able to handle data entry accurately with attention to detail
- Organised and able to maintain proper documentation and filing
- Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Able to commit 2 days per week
