Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR and general ledger entries.
- Process supplier invoices, payments and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle monthly closing and prepare management accounts.
- Monitor franchisee accounts, outstanding payments and supply chain transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, outlet performance reports and other financial reports.
- Assist with GST submissions and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and franchisees.
