Business Development Manager — Data Centre Cooling

Role Summary
A provider of energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centres and critical facilities is seeking a dedicated BD Manager to take onthe full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — selling technical solutions to data centre operators, enterprise clients, and consultants. This role reports directly to senior leadership and offers genuine ownership of the Singapore and regional market.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic account relationships in Singapore, with regional expansion to follow
- Drive the entire sales process: opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, facility owners, and consultants
- Present solutions to clients and host product demonstrations
- Prepare tender submissions independently within deadlines
- Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in solution selling and new business development within enterprise and/or data centre environments
- Degree holder, preferably in Engineering;
- Industry background in cooling solutions, HVAC, thermal management, or related engineering solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
