Contract HR Business Partner

Location: Tuas (islandwide pickup)
Salary: Up to $7,000
6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR advisory and employee relations matters
- Manage grievance handling, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations
- Support compensation & benefits, annual salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
- Advise on Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations, and union-related matters
- Utilise Workday HRIS for HR operations, reporting, and employee data management
- Drive HR communications, policy implementation, and process improvement projects
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Min. 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, employee relations, and labour regulations
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards preferred
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
