Contract: 3 Months Contract to Permanent
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Sunday & Public Holiday: Off
Job Scope:
- Register patients and manage appointments
- Handle cashiering and payment collection
- Attend to patient enquiries and feedback
- Explain treatment procedures before appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Share information on treatment options and clinic services (No sales required)
Requirements:
- Strong customer service exp
- Prior clinic, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
